• Accountable for Health Care Professional & Roche employee participation at national & international congresses • Accountable for HCP invitation process & contracting in line with legal provisions • Travel & registration management • Accountable for Roche’s physical & virtual presence at national & international congresses (booth, symposia, lounges, ancillary meetings etc.) • Coordination of sponsorships with Health Care Organizations • Accountable for booth equipment (physical booth, displays, devices etc.) & co-create conceptual visuals with marketing • Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. medical information, marketing, compliance, PCO’s, HCP’s & HCO’s and industry associations regarding a strategic and sustainable congress strategy • Accountable for key corporate events such as yearly affiliate Kick-Off Meeting, family/partner event, incentive travels, launch meetings etc. • Accountable for CM&E category management within procurement
