I work with global life sciences organizations to turn AI ambition into operational reality. My focus is on enterprise AI adoption, operating models and the large-scale transformation of analytics platforms in regulated environments. With more than 15 years of experience across Roche, EY, IQVIA, BD and SAS, I operate at the intersection of life sciences, data, cloud and AI transformation. I help organizations translate complex business challenges into clear strategies, scalable platforms and operating models that create measurable business value. My experience spans global enterprise environments with complex regulatory requirements, large analytics estates and multi-stakeholder governance structures. Much of the industry conversation around AI focuses on technology. In practice, the real challenge is adoption — governance, organizational alignment, data foundations and the ability to translate AI capabilities into concrete use cases that improve decision-making and operational performance. My work therefore focuses on bridging strategy and execution: designing enterprise AI programs, building cross-functional alignment and enabling organizations to move from experimentation to scaled AI adoption.     Lead the strategic global account relationship for one of the world’s largest life sciences organizations (~100,000 employees), advising on enterprise AI, cloud analytics platforms and large-scale data and AI adoption in regulated environments. I work with senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable cloud and AI solutions across commercial, regulatory, medical and clinical domains.
