Adrian Garcia-Aranyos is a seasoned executive and investor, currently serving as President of Thune Eureka, a leading industrial metal- mechanic manufacturing and engineering company with a heritage dating back to 1973 and a deep focus in strategic industries, ranging from energy to defense and aerospace. Before joining Thune Eureka, Adrian was President of Endeavor, the world’s foremost community of high-impact entrepreneurs, operating in 40+ markets, with it’s own venture arm, Endeavor Catalyst, a pioneering VC fund that has backed hundreds of startups and played a transformative role in emerging markets. Adrian’s leadership journey includes founding and scaling Endeavor Spain, where he helped build a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem, as well as holding senior roles at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., The Economist Group, and CM Capital Markets, spanning finance, media, and international business. He is also an active investor and board member, supporting innovative ventures across sectors and geographies. He holds a BA in Political Science from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an MA in Trade & Commerce from CECO-ICEX, complemented by executive education at top institutions including Harvard Business School, Kellogg School of Management, IESE Business School, and IEB. Fluent in both global strategy and local execution, Adrian is recognized for his expertise in entrepreneurship, international expansion, and building high-performance teams.
