My vision has always been to build ecosystems that connect business, culture, and community. This began with The Artisanal Movement at NWD, and grew with the launch of K11. As a pioneering cultural brand, K11 redefined retail and lifestyle by weaving art, design, and creativity into everyday spaces and delivered transformative projects such as Victoria Dockside featuring K11 MUSEA and other landmarks. Today, I am focused on ALMAD Group — a movement shaping the next 20 years by leading transformative industries in emerging markets from China, Asia, the Middle East to other regions. The Group is also dedicated to expanding globally into digital assets, and scaling cultural industries through K11 by AC. Our mission is clear: to build what the next generation needs and to shape a future economy filled with possibilities. Beyond business, through The WEMP Foundation I champion social impact by promoting children’s mental health and wellbeing — ensuring future generations are empowered not only economically, but emotionally and socially as well. At every stage, my mission remains the same: to create platforms that connect people, ideas, and industries — and to empower the next generation in reimagining the future.
K11, as a museum-retail concept brand, curates to the tastes of Chinese Millennial and Generation Z consumers through a collection of shopping malls, offices, hospitality and cultural platforms. The brand has expanded to include: K11 art malls across Greater China; K11 Atelier, office buildings designed for the next gen workforce; K11 Artus, and a new luxury hotel residence concept.
The founder of K11 Art Foundation, a non-profit organization in China that incubates young contemporary artists and curators and promotes public art education by providing support to emerging artists with a local, regional and international platform to gain greater public awareness.
