I am responsible for the application of finance processes of the Fugro Finance Support Centers world wide. A major project lead was preparing the blueprints and the global role out as well as the implementation of the relevant internal control measures. An extension of this role is leading the Finance Support Center of Fugro N.V. in the Netherlands leading a team of currently 13 finance professionals in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Treasury and Reporting. In the role as Controller Fugro N.V. my responsibility lies in analyzing the non-operating results of Fugro N.V. and the international group. In this role I am also responsible for the consolidation and reporting of options, pensions, remunerations and earnings per share in Fugro N.V. external financial statements. Besides leading the project lead of setting up the Fugro Support Centers I have been part of the project team together with the Group Treasurer of Fugro N.V., who lead the project, in setting up the global cash pool and systems for recording and reporting financial instruments for the Fugro group.
