• Co-ordinate with PSU Oil Marketing Companies for prompt loading of tank trucks • Preparation of documents for loading • Co-ordination with dealers, operation dept of H.O, Transport contractors, finance dept for smooth operations
• Export and coastal Tanker scheduling • Demurrage and performance working of tankers • Interaction and close co-ordination for smooth tanker operation with various concerned officials i.e. Port, Counter Parties, Traders, Ship Agents, Ship brokers, Oil company officials, Surveyors. • Preparing MIS Report for Senior Management.
• Shift In charge for the Shift., Ensuring, Terminal safety, T/T loading, Tanker discharge operation, Quality control, Stock loss control • Different shifts as assigned in 24 hour/7 days a week operation (including working weekends) • Assists the Terminal Manager in administering the terminal. • Monitors product delivery schedules to ensure that products are delivered on time, and in accordance with customer and specifications • Communicate daily with other Shift Manager and Weekend Shift Managers to coordinate work schedules • Supervises all hourly staff and Seasonal Supervisory staff, provides work direction, performance reviews, and coaching to team
