• Maintenance, development, and support of IT service provided to students and staffs in the department. (about 1000 active users) • Administration of services including email, web, MySQL database, DNS, DHCP, Remote Login Systems • Maintenance and administration of 2 HPC clusters, Linux Systems over 120 PCs, 12 Server Machines and several Virtual Machines.
• Installation, configuration, troubleshoot, upgrade, monitor and customer support of Labris products • Maintenance of the performance of Labris products alongside with already installed systems and resolve technical issues to ensure availability, reliability, stability, and scalability • The configuration of VPN, Bandwidth, IDS/IPS, Web Content Filtering, DHCP/DNS Services • On-site support, training, and consultancy for critical companies including military and public institutions • Pre-sales and demo presentations to international companies
