I am a debt finance associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP whose practice focuses on the representation of private equity, private credit, secondaries, growth equity and venture capital sponsors on fund financing transactions, including capital call/subscription credit facilities, management company and general partner credit facilities, net asset value (NAV) credit facilities, partner loan programs and co-investment structures, continuation vehicle and secondaries financings, back leverage facilities, as well as other bespoke liquidity solutions. I also have experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with leveraged buyouts and asset-based credit facilities. Admitted to practice in Illinois.
