Aditya holds a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Department of Management, Concentration Human Resource Management at Soegijapranata Catholic University in Semarang. During my three and a half years of study at Soegijapranata Catholic University Semarang, Aditya participated in various campus activity committees, became an administrator in the university's student activity unit and participated in training activities and seminars held by the faculty and university. Aditya possesses strong leadership abilities, which enable him to inspire and motivate his team in achieving common goals. In addition, Aditya is also adept at problem solving, able to analyze the challenges faced and formulate practical solutions to overcome them. Aditya have a deep interest in the Psychology of Human Resource Management (HRM), which is an aspect of Human Resource (HR) Psychology, such as psychological aspects in employee selection, personality test, and performance & career development of employees in a company. Soegijapranata Echo Life SCU is one of the student activity units at Soegijapranata Catholic University Semarang that will invite students and the surrounding community to get to know and care about the environment around us. In the Soegijapranata Echo Life student activity unit, in the 2024/2025 period I am the daily management body of the Soegijapranata Echo Life Chairperson. As the chairman of Soegijapranata Echo Life SCU, my duties include: • Coordinated with 1 supervisor, 1 vice chairman, 23 board members and plan 1 annual work program that focus on waste management and recycling. • Communicating and promoting the event to students from 10 faculties and the community to increase participation. • Conduct 3 evaluations after each activity to assess success and plan future improvements. Achievement: • As chairperson, I managed to increase 24 member participation in organizational activities by 85%. This was achieved through interesting and inclusive programs that involved 24 members, such as 2 seminars, 2 workshops, and 2 invitations to social activities. • 90% of 24 members expressed satisfaction with the activities held, indicating that the 1 programs designed were relevant and useful. • I managed to establish cooperation with 75% of external organizations, including social institutions i.e. semarang city environment office and local companies i.e. envera.
Soegijapranata Echo Life SCU is one of the student activity units at Soegijapranata Catholic University Semarang that will invite students and the surrounding community to get to know and care about the environment around us. The Green Creativity Campus Two Thousand Twenty Five activity at Soegijapranata Echo Life of Soegijapranata Catholic University Semarang features poster design and videography competitions, as well as seminars on Eco Creativity and Eco-Enzyme. This initiative encourages student creativity in creating environmentally friendly solutions, while raising awareness of the importance of sustainability. As a Divisional Liaison Officer (LO) in the Green Creativity Campus Two Thousand Twenty Five Soegijapranata Echo Life SCU work program, I have duties including: • Manage communication and coordination between 10 seminar participants, including 2 presenters and 3 invited guests, to ensure 10 attendance and 5 active participation. • Provide event related information, such as schedule, location, and seminar materials to 5 participants and answer 5 questions that arise. • Collecting feedback from 10 participants after the seminar to 3 evaluate the success of the event and plan future improvements. Achievement: • The LO Division successfully established cooperation with 75% of external parties, such as sponsors Soegijapranata Catholic University and environmental organizations rumah enzyme. • 85% of 25 students actively participated in the Green Creativity Campus event.

In the Soegijapranata Echo Life university student activity unit, I am the administrator of the Head of Division of the Soegijapranata Echo Life Internal section. Tasks of the Head Internal Division of Soegijapranata University Student Activity Unit Echo Life SCU Two Thousand and Twenty Three/Two Thousand and Twenty Four: • Organize and carry out 2 activities within the internal scope of the SEL SCU organization; • Strengthen the relationship between 21 members, so as to create a harmonious SEL SCU organization. Achievement: • 95% of SEL SCU Two Thousand and Twenty Four 2 internal activities can run smoothly and effectively. • 85% of SEL SCU Two Thousand and Twenty Four 21 members can develop their skills and abilities through various 2 internal activities. • 90% of SME SEL SCU Two Thousand and Twenty Four 4 activities can improve the quality of SEL SCU activities and development, as well as increase awareness and commitment of 21 SEL SCU members to the environment.
Soegijapranata Crushbone Debating Competition is one of the work programs of the Soegijapranata Debate Society Student Activity Unit of Soegijapranata Catholic University Semarang. As a Multimedia Committee in the Soegijapranata Debating Seminar and Competition Work Program Two Thousand and Twenty Four, I have duties, among others: • Creating interesting and informative 3 content for social media such as Instagram. The content uploaded on Instagram must attract people's attention. • Create 1 attractive and informative poster for the promotion of Soegijapranata Crushbone Debating Competition activities. The poster contains information about the purpose, schedule, and location of the event. • Make an interesting 1 video trailer that shows another side of Soegijapranata Crushbone Debating Competition. The video contains pictures of documentation during the event, the participants, and the judges. Achievement: • 85% of the multimedia content produced, such as 2 promotional videos, 1 posters, and 1 presentation materials, met the set quality standards. • 90% increase in engagement on social media platforms youtube, the committee succeeded in capturing the 6 audience's attention through interactive and engaging content.
International Human Resource Management (IHRM) is a way of managing Human Resources globally, not only foreign Human Resource Management (HRM) but also across countries. This requires more complex handling than domestic Human Resource Management (HRM). International Human Resource Management (IHRM) allows companies to obtain qualified human resources and can provide the best service where the company operates. Duties of the International Human Resource Management (IHRM) Course Class Leader: • Delivered 14 information related to International Human Resource Management (IHRM) course lectures. • Switch off and on the 1 Liquid Crystal Display Projector (LCD) Projector. • Assisting lecturers in borrowing 1 rooms for replacement classes. Achievement: • 85% learning quality by understanding human resource management (HRM) strategies and 14 practices in an international business context. • 90% coordination between 1 class leaders and 2 lecturers in the 16 International Human Resource Management (IHRM) course runs well, ensuring learning materials can be delivered effectively.
Field Work Lecture is an activity program offered in every odd and even semester in every concentration course in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Soegijapranata Catholic University. For example in the Human Resource Management (HRM) Concentration Course, Field Work Lectures are carried out by visiting a company to observe the Human Resources needed to manage a company. To hone the soft skills of each student, Outbound activities are also given. In the committee of the Field Work Lecture of the Human Resource Management (HRM) Concentration Course for even semester Two Thousand and Twenty Three/Two Thousand and Twenty Four, I was assigned as the transportation division which was in charge of, among others: • Contacting the 3 contact person of the general administration bureau as the coordinator of 1 medium bus vehicle and 1 hiace transportation at Soegijapranata Catholic University Semarang. • Making a price estimate plan Rp 1.785.000,00 needed according to the number of 15 committees, 10 participants & 3 supervisors. • Notify the travel 3 route of the field work lecture 2 company to the bus driver in question. • Check the 2 vehicle is roadworthy or not. Achievement: • 85% of 2 transportation provided for the Even Two Thousand and Twenty Three/Two Thousand and Twenty Four Human Resource Management (HRM) Field Work Lecture ran smoothly and effectively, ensuring team members could move around safely and comfortably. • 90% coordination between 1 Transportation Division Committee and other 13 teams in the Even Two Thousand and Twenty Three/Two Thousand and Twenty Four Human Resource Management (HRM) Field Work Lecture went well, ensuring 2 transportation is available and ready to use as needed. • 95% management of 2 transportation provided for the Human Resource Management (HRM) Field Work Lecture Even 2023/2024 is managed efficiently, ensuring 2 transportation is well maintained and can be used optimally during the event.
