With 14 years of service in the Indian Army, I bring with me a strong foundation of discipline, leadership, and resilience. This experience continues to shape my approach as I lead HR and administrative functions aligned with strategic business goals. My journey is further strengthened by an Executive MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, enabling me to combine practical leadership with a structured, data-driven approach to HR and administration. • Engaged in discipline, HR management, compensation & benefits, training and talent management for team of 400 personnel, thereby attaining 95% of ESat score. • As a team leader led and motivated soldiers into the battle zone from High Altitude to Dessert terrain and in counter insurgency operations including retaliation to cease fire violation. • Designed and implemented career and success planning by up skilling of motivated 400 military personnel and achieved 75% placement in critical positions. • Spearhead the management of $0.5 million in public funds by overseeing forecasting, budgeting and cash flow, resulting in 95% stakeholder satisfaction rate and ensuring financial integrity for the organization. • Strategically formulated and impeccably executed a comprehensive training program for a high-stake exercise culminating in a notable 20% upswing in operational efficiency. • Carried out periodic performance appraisal, counselling, grievance redressal and motivation of multicultural task force. • Conducted recruitment rallies for 1050 civil potters in high altitude areas. • Executed facility management in various ventures such as schools, institutes, clubs, canteens and shopping marts • Ensured stringent cyber security audits and sanitization to enhance the data security.
• Spearheaded logistics, warehousing and safe transportation of critical stores/ supplies worth $12.5 million including last mile delivery at inhospitable terrain for 50,000 troops. • Planning, supervision, forecasting, procurement, stocking and inventory management of ration, clothing & FOL worth $6 million for 400 personnel. • Ensured optimum stocking and distribution of critical artillery ammunition at high altitude and counter insurgency operations. • Ensured optimum logistics support for over 1000 items of supply for a period of 24 months for 400 personnel stationed in high altitude terrain spread over 150 kms in 04 locations. • Coordinated usage, maintenance, repair and refueling of 50 heavy load carriers over long distances in deserts, jungles and hilly terrain. • Ensured demand estimation and procurement of war essential supplies for artillery guns and gun towers. • Administered the product life cycle management team to integrate new products in supply chain and replace the old ones.
• Designed Quality Control Mechanism and audit schedule for 1100-Seater State of the Art Auditorium, ensuring zero defect feedback. • Programmed a 5-year roll on plans worth $25 million by reviewing user requirement, processing approvals, vendor management and overseeing release. Reduced maintenance cost by 25% while maintaining strong stakeholder satisfaction. • Orchestrated and timely executed infrastructure development program worth $6 million in border area of Jammu & Kashmir over a distance of 250 kms through interdepartmental and civil collaboration, defined requirement and established priorities, resulting in 30% reduction in annual logistic cost, leading to improve stakeholders’ satisfaction. • Executed testing of advanced instruments and equipment, ensured technical and logistical support while mobilization and deployment of artillery weapon system worth $20 million with 400 military personnel over 3000 km through railhead and roadhead. • Spearheaded timely construction of a basketball court worth $0.1 million through meticulous market research and dynamic pricing.
