My overall work goal: To create tools that better understand the workings of artificial intelligence and provide humans a way to work with it instinctively. What I do for it: In my work, I have explored the concepts of AI technologies, analyzed human linguistic patterns, compared and contrasted the technologies with human capabilities, identified areas of focus and challenges, and designed technologies greater than the sum of both. What I've achieved: Intuitive ways to visualize conversations that create better-automated support experiences for Apple customers. What drives me: A curiosity to interpret artificial intelligence in cosmological patterns seen in nature. What helps me most: Understanding design mechanisms, creative problem-solving, data gathering and analysis, and rapid prototyping.
Autonomous Revenue System (ARS) utilizes an agentic conversational UX to execute automated workflows through integrations with sources like CRMs, and content generation tools.
• Led the product design for Apple's customer-support conversational AI system. • Delivered the end-to-end product experience for critical product features - Geo-Expansion, Localization and Entities, which allowed dialogues to scale to more than 6 regions and 4+ languages. • Designed an LLM integrated dialogue configuration process enabling semantic traversal to create dynamic, personalized and localized conversations while reaching 12 million customers per month. • Visualized a new and intuitive design language for dialogue components. • Researched proposed generative AI functionalities to allow teams at Apple to create bots with 20x knowledge capacity and 40% less configuration time. • Led product design initiatives to expand domain capabilities that could automate the customer support experience for 3 million Business run on Apple devices.
• Worked on key functionalites, product strategy and redesign aligning with the product roadmap. • Created the design component library to streamline workflows across designers and standardize components between product and engineering. • Led design sessions and workshops with stakeholders to understand user needs, brainstorm ideas, and identify key issues, OKRs, and priorities.
Conducted research to identify problems in the space of mobile language learning through surveys, interviews, and contextual inquiries.
