Storytelling has always been at the heart of everything I do. It has shaped both my academic path and professional journey, guiding me through the worlds of content development, instructional design, and learning experience creation. I’m a Learning and Development professional focused on designing engaging, business-aligned learning solutions that blend storytelling, interaction design, and emerging technologies. Over the years, I’ve evolved from creating content to designing and delivering large-scale learning programs, collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into meaningful learning experiences. I’m particularly passionate about exploring how AI-enabled tools can enhance creativity, learning design, and learner engagement at scale. Outside of work, I’m an aspiring author currently working on my debut Mythological Epic Fantasy novel—a long-term passion project rooted in my love for mythology, world-building, and immersive storytelling. Designed and managed enterprise-scale learning programs within Walmart Academy, enabling leadership development, talent mobility, and operational excellence initiatives across global teams. Played a key role in the development of the My Career Path program, a multi-track learning pathway designed to support internal mobility for critical roles through self-paced learning, experience-based activities, and capstone experiences aligned to real-world operations. Partnered with SMEs, Learning Architects, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable learning solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise learning goals, quality standards, delivery timelines, and platform requirements. Successfully delivered large-scale learning initiatives, including the People Partner Academy–Frontline program, supporting leadership capability development through end-to-end content development, stakeholder coordination, learning deployment support, and quality assurance for leadership-focused ILT experiences. Stepped into a Lead Designer/POC role during a critical phase of delivery, coordinating across teams, managing deliverables, and ensuring continuity and on-time execution across high-visibility initiatives. Designed innovative and engagement-driven learning experiences—including simulation-based environments, narrative-driven modules, and AI-enabled prototypes—to enhance learner engagement, improve development workflows, and support scalable learning delivery.
Developed and delivered business-specific learning assets including ILTs, WBTs, simulations, job aids/QRGs, and infographics for global clients such as Rio Tinto, Johnson Controls, Booking Holdings, Magna International, Virgin Media O2, Agropur, and Nike. Collaborated with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into structured learner-centric experiences, and ensure alignment with project objectives, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Led the end-to-end content development lifecycle—from storyboarding to final delivery—ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to defined project standards. Leveraged authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and gained exposure to enterprise learning and business platforms including SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Salesforce to develop interactive, system-aligned learning experiences.
Developed training materials for Dell’s Technical Support division, contributing to structured learning resources aimed at improving operational readiness. Developed a comprehensive process guide for the team, consolidating workflows and standard practices to enable consistent knowledge transfer. Collaborated with the Sentiment Analysis team to support language model development and refinement efforts, gaining exposure to AI-driven workflows and data-driven improvement processes.
Contributed to Koach.AI, a digital coaching platform designed to enable scalable, AI-driven goal setting and development conversations for workforce upskilling. Audited existing content and created new goal-based conversation flows and learning assets within the application, aimed at improving the quality and effectiveness of development conversations for enterprise users.
Created user-facing content across multiple formats, including merchant narratives, platform articles, and in-app communications such as SMS and push notifications. Developed concise, high-impact messaging tailored to different audience touchpoints, contributing to user engagement and content consistency across the platform.
