Engineer by training, debugger by instinct, builder by choice, and toddler mom by the most humbling job of all. With 8+ years spanning support engineering, cloud infrastructure, and AI, I sit where deep technical work meets real product impact. I don't just fix problems. I understand why they happen, then build something so they happen less. Currently at Sourcegraph, owning Tier 3 escalations across Kubernetes, repo syncing, and distributed systems. Before that, 3 years at HashiCorp across Terraform Cloud and enterprise deployments. I've worked across support, customer success, alliances, engineering and marketing - so I speak engineering, product, and business fluently. On weekends, I build. An AI Apple Watch app (taught myself Swift to ship it). A KB automation pipeline. A support feedback tracker. An agentic AI project in progress.
