As a Bachelor of Commerce graduate at Christ University, majoring in both Marketing and Human Resources, I'm immersed in developing a robust understanding of business fundamentals. Being a part of Peer Eduaction System of Christ University helped me hone my people skills, listening skills and communication skills. PES is one the best practices of Christ University and it has taught me a lot about people and it helped me to be a counsellor and help people which I love, that's what made me realise my interest in HR. By serving as a Crisis Manager at the Department of Commerce and a Sub-Head of Logistics & Operations at Bilanx, I've honed competencies in strategic human planning and operational efficiency. My role as an Associate with the Christ University Commerce Association allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios, enhancing my adaptability and problem-solving skills. Fluent in multiple languages including English, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and learnt French and German. I am positioned to effectively navigate diverse business environments and contribute to organizational success.
