Hey! I am a professional working at the intersection of education, gender equality, and the rule of law. My experience begins with leading Finland’s largest voluntary student organization, followed by national and international roles in education policy with UNESCO and the OECD, as well as work at UN Women Finland and the Finnish League for Human Rights. I have also worked as a journalist covering politics and the economy, and as a columnist for Finnish public media. I have represented Finland at the United Nations and UNESCO since the age of 19, later becoming the only Finnish member of the OECD Youthwise Advisory Board. My passion beyond policy lies in putting the challenges within these issues into words. In addition to my current work as an equality specialist, I write columns and op-eds and have commented on these topics on national TV. For this work, I have been nominated for the Finnish Youth Peace Prize and the PLAN Girl Award. I'm always open to collaborating with people who are passionate and have a clear vision, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
