- Manage HR processes for assigned departments, including recruitment, integration, development, retention, and compliance. - Oversee end-to-end recruitment: validate staffing needs, clarify role requirements, conduct searches, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions. - Drive onboarding and development initiatives: create and implement training plans, facilitate team workshops, and support continuous improvement of integration and development processes. - Monitor employee engagement and motivation, lead appraisal processes, conduct exit interviews, and propose retention strategies. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures; prepare and maintain employment documentation and job descriptions. - Actively contribute to recruitment events and employer branding efforts; collaborate with external and internal stakeholders.
- Manage Personnel Requisitions (PRs) within the designated application. - Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and candidate profiles. - Ensure job descriptions exist for all established positions and verify that employees in the relevant departments have up-to-date job descriptions. - Participate in weekly meetings to set recruitment priorities and provide status updates. - Conduct targeted searches based on agreed profiles, screen CVs, and schedule candidates for interviews and assessments. - Support the recruitment process end-to-end: from candidate evaluation and decision-making to coordinating approvals and offers. - Maintain recruitment databases, archive documentation, and deliver timely reports on key metrics (contacts, interviews, results). - Provide candidate feedback and ensure compliance with process standards. - Assist with employment documentation and employee file updates. - Contribute to recruitment events, promoting the company and open positions. - Manage internal referrals.
