Recently - I founded Solly’s Craft Soda, an all-natural, low-sugar, prebiotic soda line (named after our oldest son Solomon)… #SmileItSollys Im also the creator & chief Pickle Promoter of Picklefest Canada, a wonderful annual event celebrating pickling culture, local artisans, and community. We’re now in YYZ & YVR and launching YYC in 2026! In the meantime & in between time - I’m the Managing Partner of Henderson Brewing Co located just off the rail path in Toronto. We’ve been going strong for 10 years and very proud of our partnership w Geddy & Al and all the great folks at Rush. -Delivered +9% growth & achieved target set for LCBO in 2011 -Nominated for 2 ELSIES (Best Beer Partnership and Best New Product Launch - Beer) -Successfully executed over 80 programs @ LCBO and ensured that all programming was relayed to field managers -Responsible for maintaining and delivering programming budget as well as developing strategy (with marketing) for LCBO -Successfully launched Okanagan Spring Pale Ale, Upper Canada Lager 6pks, Sapporo Xmas Pack, Unibroue 17 and Blanche De Chambly 6pks into LCBO -Gained distribution and partnership with several high profile national chains
-Responsible for strategy, programming and overall management of on premise channel -On Premise Channel grew +17% (2009) and +18% (2010) during this period -Worked closely to develop Sapporo on premise strategy & launched Okanagan Spring Pale Ale & 1516 into Ontario Market -Responsible for implementing TFK (beer) training as well as trade marketing activities (price lists, sell sheets) -Developed Regional Key account strategy -Gained distribution with Pub Concepts, Springrolls,Via Rail and Pickle Barrel
