Responsibilites: * Liaised with clients, which involved contract negotiations , providing quotes. * Handling all international sales and shipments from country of origin to destination * Dealing with all types of import/export documentation such us: Commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Landing to make sure the shipment has the proper documentation before submission of shipment to Turkish customs. *Coordinating with various departments such as production, quality control, logistic to organize manufacturing process for customer orders and ensure 100% on time delivery of product to customers. * Negotiating freight rates with forwarders and brokers for shipments. * Researching existing trade models for identifying prospective new markets. * Visiting the customers in their premises to develop and maintaining customer relations. * Attending the international trade shows and meeting with prospective clients.
