In my role I support FM and Affiliated Client Service Teams across EMEA to deliver our products and services in the best possible way. This includes leading projects for broker engagement as well as the development of education programs for onsite and virtual education. Also, I collaborate in managing our relationship with broker partners at the corporate, regional and local levels, with a focus on EMEA. I am passionate about coaching as well as team and personal development to achieve common goals. Having lived in five – very diverse – countries, I enjoy working with people with different backgrounds and experiences. Internship in the Department for Cooperation with Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean. Collaboration in Project Management of various existing projects in Latin America. Conducted research for specific projects about environmental matters. Organisation of a strategy workshop between GIZ and the Mexican Ministry of Environment. Collaboration in the organisation of two new projects: Environmental Policy Consulting and Protection of Natural Resources in South East Mexico.
As part of my work at Hamburg Airport, I wrote my Master thesis on the “Development of a Sustainability Balance Scorecard at Hamburg Airport, to measure and control the airport’s financial, environmental, and social aspects”. Publication in the book titled “Sustainable Management with the Balance Scorecard”, published by Gabler, ISBN 3-409-12080-7. This thesis was awarded a grade of 1,3 (excellent).
