At Team8 I am responsible for assisting the group level and portfolio companies to understand the needs of enterprises, provide real value, and in turn accelerate growth through value-driven business development and relationship building.
As the first employee of Elevation I have grown to become the COO through doing anything and everything in the company - from marketing, to sales, to creating an industry relations program, placement program and directing all content and courses, including a coding bootcamp. I managed a team of 12, including all operations of the company both on the management level and super hands-on. Since becoming COO I increased company profitability by 80% in one year, and PPC based leads by 20% in just 3 months. In the one year of being COO the company has grown beyond what it has even been and done before in all I have created an extensive network of partnerships for the company, started a CTO mastermind group for the community, countless events, I manage the coding bootcamp including all syllabus decisions, changed the way the courses are run and how they operate, and still know most students that walk through our door and even help them find jobs. I Started a placement program based on an industry network to assist graduates -reached 85% hiring success rate. Managed all B2B relationships including Google related project Digital Talent from pilot to contract expansion,IronSource, Via, and academic institutions such as Rishon College of Management and Hebrew University. It was a huge personal accomplishment to combine both business and helping others through programs that benefited diverse communities and women in tech.
Managed all operations in Japan including a team of 5. Responsible for increasing efficiency both management wise and financially. Increased offline marketing exposure and was a crucial part of any strategic decisions for IsraAid as a whole.
