This upcoming academic year I will be studying PPE (Philosophy, Politics and Economics) at the University of Durham. I have previously completed A-levels in Religious Studies, History, Maths, Economics, and an EPQ.
I completed a 7-week seminar programme introducing the key principles of Effective Altruism. Through various readings and discussions, I learnt more about issues such as long-termism, the AI alignment problem, animal welfare, and climate change.
