Leader of the project development and production of Lithium-Ion battery system for a customer in the field of eMobility according to the mechanical requirement specification, taking into account all safety aspects. Preparation of FMEA and Hazard & Risk analysis for the battery system according to the safety standard (IEC 61508). Collaboration with different suppliers to achieve optimal design for cost and time efficient assembly and creation of design in the CAD system. Creation of technical files for CE certification according to LVD Directive 2014/35/EU, Battery Directive, WEEE DIRECTIVE 2012/19/EU and RoHS2 DIRECTIVE 2011/65/EU requirement specification. Physical testing of the components in relation to the requirement specification to ensure overall safety for the battery system (prototype).
