Hello! 👋🏾 I’m Adenike, a product manager with a track record of building and scaling software products that are technically sound, user-friendly, and generate revenue. I have built and managed software products serving millions (individuals and businesses) across Fintech, Healthtech, E commerce and stock image IT industries. At Remita, I manage key platform products including Remita Switch, Inflight Collections, Direct Debit, RITS, Retail Mobile App, and KYC, driving seamless fund movement, real-time collections, and compliance for both financial and non-financial partners.     Savilock exists to build trusted, safe and reliable day-to-day transactions (for individuals and businesses) across boarders As founding TPM, I led SaviLock’s product development from 0→1, defining the vision, shaping the MVP, and driving cross-functional execution across payments, compliance, and user experience from inception to beta launch.

  • Technical Product Manager, Customer Experience at PHARMARUN

    Pharmarun is an (on-demand) e-commerce platform providing fast and easy access to medication to ensure Africans get their medication anywhere and anytime they need it. My role ensured the success and optimization of our products to fulfill customer(B2C & B2B) needs. * Launched Pharmarun’s first mobile app (iOS & Android), leading a cross functional team of 6; app achieved 4.8 stars within the first quarter. * Integrated third-party partner APIs to automate order fulfillment, ensuring real-time stock visibility. * Increased subscription adoption by integrating card-saving functionality for active subscription orders and mobile app users, resulting in higher customer retention and 5% MOM growth rate. * Analyzed YOY user and sales data to uncover growth trends and retention drivers used for product decisions, and investor reporting. * Trained and supported CX and operations teams through product training sessions, feedback loops, and usability fixes.
