MS Pharma is a leading pharmaceutical, healthcare solutions provider, and partner of choice company that is manufacturing and marketing generic medicines through its leading affiliates in several strategic markets across the MENA region. • Fully manages the HR function for the plant environment, for both blue-collar and white-collar employees. • Reports to both the General Manager and CHRO. • Ensures that payroll matters, including accounting, reporting, and social security requirements, are met timely and accurately. • Identifies staff needs, recruits, interviews, and selects applicants. Manages workforce planning, compensation, and benefits programs. • Prepares all necessary reports for top management. • Implements HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with Ms Pharma's overall strategic direction. • Prepares, consolidates, and monitors the fulfilment of the HR annual budget. • Coordinates and facilitates HR-related matters with government offices. • Demonstrates a commitment to Ms Pharma and its company policies and procedures, ensuring they are integral to all HR activities. • Organizes and develops specific training programs for employees. • Manages the "Ms Pharma Performance Management System." • Administers the health unit, including the workplace doctor and health officer. • Manages industrial relations. • Executes HR-related activities for the occupational safety and health system. • Manages facility administrative issues as well, such as HR-related purchasing, agreements with cafeteria service, security, company transportation, plant cleaning, and company cars. • Organizes all types of social and special day activities.
