As the Co-Founder & CEO of Radix Technologies, I held overall responsibility for all projects, ensuring quality, performance, and timely deliveries through consistent client communication. Primarily, Radix focused on staff augmentation services, integrating seamlessly into the R&D teams of major companies like Dell , EarlySense and Cloudify. Additionally, I played a key role in talent acquisition, striving to meet engineers' needs within the company to ensure high-quality service delivery. Financial oversight and planning were ongoing responsibilities, requiring regular attention and adjustment.
iConnect is part of Medcor, Inc. in United States . As a Senior iOS Engineer i was responsible for training new developer and Team Members ,developing a MVP iOS mobile application , support current iOS mobile applications . In addition one of the main roles was to work on PIVOT Harvard Mobile Application , since this mobile application display the history of places for some pivot inside Harvard institute.
Aywa is a subscription-based video on-demand streaming service that targets Arabic-speaking viewers around the world. In Aywa my role was mainly to keep focusing on the product development , enhancements , phases and versions . Beside that i was responsible for developing product strategy & design product roadmap. Adding to that i was the main engineer who developing the iOS mobile application for the service including the integration with complex streaming services and third-parties vendors .
As a Mobile engineer for iOS and Android platforms and based on the fact that i was the most experienced mobile engineer inside the company i was leading the team with my modest experience , my main role was consist of the following responsibilities items : * Receiving and analyzing the customer’s requirements and reviewing the impact on business * Preparing the project design according to the customer’s requirements * Preparing the project plan, setting the estimated time and managing the assigned tasks * Monitoring and following up on the project execution according to the plan * Monitoring the progress in the development phase * Responsible for bug fixing control and suggesting solutions * Supervising the team in the development phase * Creating the time sheet to monitor the subordinates’ progress * Training new team member * Participate on enhancing UI and UX for Mobile projects * Design and create the architecture for the client side mobile apps * Design and create the structure of API’s and services that will connect client with server * Design and create the data transfer format for advance projects * Developing and helping with coding for integration with third parties like FB,Google+..etc.
As a fresh graduate and for two years at iPCreations i worked as iOS mobile developer , i worked for multiple types of mobile application like Sport , Events , simple calendar access utilities ..etc. My responsibility was summaries in learning more about mobile development world, Write code, Bug fixing & dealing with back-end team to create a robots and scalable products. The diversity of applications we worked on gave me a huge experience on mobile development industry ,In fact iPCreations was the place where my skills , great experience and background arise.
