Shadow is a cloud PC for gamers. Joined as the 4th employee and contributed to its growth into a company with 180+ employees and raising €100M+. - Built and scaled the community from scratch: FR Discord (50K), Facebook (100K), Twitter (73K), Instagram (15K). - Recruited and led a global community team of 5 direct reports. - Established and executed omnichannel communications strategies for product launches, partnerships, PR, and crisis response. - Managed PR campaigns, led external communications, and served as company spokesperson. - Organized events and community activations to boost engagement. - Created and oversaw editorial content, including newsletters, blogs, and social media.
