Within my role as the Director for the company, I was accountable towards the export operations of ventilation and air conditioning systems globally. As part of my role, I conducted strategic market analysis for identification of priority markets and their selection (Russia, China and GCC countries) for export operations development for 2005. I led the leadership role by effective management of the operational activities on day-to-day basis, identified and established operational KPIs for the core business functions and ensured business development by establishing strategic business partnerships with qualified agents within the priority markets to boost business revenue. As the Managing Director, I established the Qatar subsidiary and formed a joint venture in Doha for a ducting manufacturing facility.
Targeting the pharmaceutical and medical industries, I led the international sales operations for the company in clean room AC Systems category. I led various business functions that strengthened the sales department, including recruitment, training and coaching that boosted the operational efficiency of the sale team in product distribution through multiple sales channels. My key professional assets on the job were identification of critical gaps that impacted sales growth and development of strategic priorities and processes to lead market performance in Russia, Turkey and the Middle East.
