Since 2018, as a partner and one of the Heads of Strategy, I have been involved in the long-term development and investment strategy of Alto Advisors LLC. The company focuses on providing cross-asset class investment and strategic support to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and founders, covering technology, healthcare, physical assets, and emerging technology sectors. My role leans more towards behind-the-scenes and long-term value creation than day-to-day operations management. My primary responsibilities include capital allocation logic, participation in major investment decisions, and the establishment and maintenance of key partnerships. The work is primarily remote, leveraging California's innovation ecosystem to maintain close collaboration with teams across the US and internationally. During this phase, I was primarily involved in the following strategic areas: Equity investment and structuring design for early-stage and growth-stage companies Strategic evaluation of projects related to healthcare technology, digital health, and artificial intelligence Risk control and cycle management for physical assets and long-term cash flow projects Building long-term trust relationships with founders and their families This phase of work emphasizes patience, judgment, and a long-term perspective, which aligns perfectly with my belief that "capital should serve long-term value and real-world impact."
Responsible for capital markets and investment advisory services, providing commercial real estate investment and asset allocation advice to institutional investors, family capital, and long-term funds. Leading the design of cross-border transaction structures, investment logic, and risk assessments; directly participating in investment committee communications; and leading cross-functional teams to execute complex transactions. At this stage, the role evolves from project leader to strategic advisor and decision supporter.
As a core member of the capital markets team, I participated in multiple commercial real estate investment and transaction projects, responsible for investment analysis, valuation models, due diligence, and investment document preparation. During this phase, I began to independently manage project modules and directly liaise with institutional clients and senior management, laying the foundation for future promotions.
