I have 24 years of experience of Managing the Production in different environments specially Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Injection Blow Moudling & P.E Extruded Tubes Plant Project Planning (Feasibility to Execution) Product Development Technical Development of the Organization Labour Handling and Management. Erection, Installation and Commissioning of all type of Machinery & Equipment. Production Management and Planning. Vendor Development. Managing the Die & Mould Manufacturing Department. In these years I have designed and manage the manufacturing approximate 125 Moulds including Injection Moulds, Blow Mould, Injection Blow Moulds, Stretch Blow (PET) Mould and have a hands on experience of Managing a wide variety of Injection Moulding Machines including Engel, Battenfeld, JSW, Jet Master, Haitian, FCS, Chen De, Tianding, Bekum, Tongda, Putian & SMC (Blow Moulding), Procerea & Victor (Injection Blow Moulding) and Nissie ASB (PET Blow)
This Industry is a large scale, invilved in making different blow mould parts, 20 & 35 Lit Gerry Cans, 120, 160, 210 and 250 Lit Drums and in Pharma division it has ASB PET machines for different syrup bottles and other pharma bottles, including ASB 70DPW, 12M, PF6-2B, PF4-1B and PF3-1B, I have the experience of Erection and Installation of all machines, compressors, Chillers and Cooling Towers
• Production Planning and Management of Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding & Injection Blow Moulding Departments. • Handling the Tool Room (Mould Making Department) with its full capacity. • Cost & time calculations of all upcoming projects. • Heading the Maintenance Department and making Scheduled & Preventive maintenance plans for machines and Moulds. • Vendor Development. I am handling and manage the production of 22 Injection Moulding, 10 Injection Blow Moulding and 8 Blow Moulding Machines
• Planning and making Feasibilities for the complete industry including the machines selection and cost calculation • Develop and manage the Production and Maintenance of Laminated Tubes Plant. • Develop and manage Tool Room, Primarily for Mould Maintenance and Later on Planned it for new Moulds Manufacturing as well. • Develop and manage Production of Injection Moulding & Blow Moulding Departments • Vendor development through guiding them and providing the data necessary for them • I have experience of developing the whole factory here including selection and induction of all machines and utilities.
