A boy who was grew up as a shepherd. It was fun to have all the games we had out there in the fields
Human identity, whether in the growing child or in thyme adult, is engendered in today's increasingly virtualized environment. Proper schools seek to foster self reliance and individuality in every child through imaginative play group, enthusiastic hands-engagement , and an increasingly academic focus through out later years (high schools and universities). To nurture this tender individuality, educators must bring their own creativity and sense of self to bear-----the teacher as an artist. To develop the 'true" imagination which works out of living concepts: awakening the child;structuring what is being taught;working with a learning cycle; of introduction, primary presentation and recapitulation; and the wisdom of learning material as it relates to human development of the body, soul and the spirit well supervised and evaluated. When all these is done in the right the child will be able to stand firm and say: "I trust my teacher/educator to understand me. This helps to give me security and confidence. They enable me to achieve and I learn how to learn". Later in life this well taken child comes out to the world as an adult who can contribute responsibly to its needs while responding imaginatively to life's challenges in a caring and practical way.
Working with the children has been continued joy in my life.It has allowed me to see the value of quality education and the sacrifice that the students make to ensure that they use every minute of their time in school to help them achieve their goals in life.It my responsibility to ensure that I provide my students with the best I can give and support, and nurture their individual pursuits. Realizing the importance of teacher as an artist is one on the everlasting revelations to me which means the educator (parent/guardian) should work creatively with the growing child. With sensibility trained through the arts, the educator can be able to perceive the developing, evolving child. The educator or guardian who strives toward an objective relationship between the his or her self and the world brings more objectivity to the child relationship, thereby supporting the child's unique potential.
