My responsibilities includes: • Leading the software testing process activities, and resources. • Implementation and monitoring of Software Quality Assurances and Software Testing Life cycle process in parallel to Software Development Life Cycle. • Maintain effective communication with the project development team • Develop Test Plan to assure the software quality as per CMMI and ISO standards. • Performing Requirement Analysis, Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis, Test Requirement Analysis, Change Request Analysis and Test Effort Estimations. • Performed Reviews for Requirement Specification, Functional Specifications, Project Plan and Other CMMI standard document. • Recommend functional improvements or corrections to development team throughout the testing process. • Identifying Test strategies, Prepared Test Design, Test scenario, Test case/Test Scripts development, and perform Test Case Peer Reviews. • Setup Test Environment, Testing of application covering Sanity Testing/ Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Grey Box testing, Regression Testing and Shipment Assurance Testing. • Fault Reporting in JIRA, Fault analysis, follow ups and fault verifications. • Coordination with Quality Assurance team and Development Team, Project Managers and other teams. • Performing project Audits according to CMMI standards.
