Responsible for the sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees for Acutus Medical. Also responsible for ensuring a consistent candidate experience and delivering quality talent through right processes for Acutus. This is role is part of the Human Resources department and will span responsibility into various other areas of HR. Be a resource and process driver for the company and a champion for the candidates, new hires, and employees of Acutus. Ensured up to date ATS, and assist with staffing vendor relationships and contracts, and content that represents Acutus in the employment market. • Partners with hiring managers & external recruiters on full cycle recruiting and management of the talent acquisition process including requisition creation, interviewing, compensation recommendations, and onboarding. • Understanding and training others on dynamic and legally sound interviewing and selection techniques. • Process and program design and implementation for talent acquisition and other related HR subject matters. Programs may include external sourcing and employer branding campaigns, internship opportunities, community outreach, diversity efforts, social media, etc. • Oversee pre-hire, onboarding, and new hire processes to ensure consistency, quality of new hire experience, effective assimilation, and time to productivity. • Metric management and reporting on hiring including collaboration with HR Generalist on regulatory reporting. • Strategic planning, program design and execution of various HR initiatives relating to human resources, organizational and employee development. • Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning, and organizational change).
Responsible for managing recruitment and talent pipelines for defined segments of the company while collaborating with hiring managers and human resources management to create effective strategies for filling positions with high quality candidates. Develop sourcing plans and identify key hiring sources that will result in a pipeline of talent with the result of filling key positions in a timely manner. • Connected with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to create individual pipelines for specific roles & discuss requirements, market data, compensation, and sourcing strategies. • Participated in process improvement strategies regarding the candidate interview experience; focusing on the creation of Engineering Appropriate job descriptions to effectively capture the kind of applicants we are seeking. • Participated in DE&I discussions, events, and sourcing platforms to better understand how we can effectively incorporate more diverse candidate pools. • Perform initial screenings of candidates sourced and coordinate next steps with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers. • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive technical candidates via social media recruiting (primarily LinkedIn Recruiter).
