I’m the Chief Strategy Officer at Foxhole Technology, where I lead growth and innovation across our cybersecurity and IT engineering portfolios supporting federal civilian and defense agencies. My focus is helping clients design, implement, and mature risk-based cybersecurity programs that balance mission objectives with compliance and resilience. Over more than 20 years in public-sector cybersecurity, I’ve built and led multiple practices — at KPMG, NewWave, and now Foxhole — each focused on delivering measurable impact: expanding federal cyber pipelines 10×, maintaining $100M+ opportunity portfolios, and achieving exceptional customer satisfaction. As a founder, strategist, and advisor, I develop new market capabilities and foster collaboration between industry and government to stay ahead of emerging threats. I also serve as Industry Chair of the ACT-IAC Cybersecurity Community of Interest, where I work with top CISOs and technology leaders to advance national cyber resilience and share actionable insights across the federal landscape. I’m passionate about bridging strategy and execution — building teams, partnerships, and solutions that protect critical missions and enable innovation.
