• Lead AFRY Group’s sustainability reporting, ensuring compliance with CSRD/ESRS and alignment with the sustainability strategy • Monitor policy developments and translate new requirements into strategic and actionable initiatives • Lead development and delivery of the annual sustainability report, including data collection, stakeholder management, and audit engagement • Implementation, management and development of the Workiva platform for sustainability reporting • Develop the internal controls framework for sustainability reporting • Strengthen sustainability initiatives aligned with the AFRY's sustainability strategy • Align external reporting with ESG related disclosures such as EcoVadis, CDP, MSCI, Nasdaq, S&P • Examining AI opportunities to every aspect of the domain
