For nearly 9 years in talent acquisition, including 8 years specializing in IT recruitment within Québec's consulting services industry, I have been supporting professionals working across SAP, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Software Development and Architecture. Every week, I connect with dozens of IT professionals, helping them access consulting opportunities aligned with their expertise and career aspirations. What I enjoy most about recruitment is not simply filling positions. It is understanding a technology environment, the challenges facing a team and the aspirations of each individual in order to create long-lasting professional matches that benefit both consultants and organizations. My background is somewhat unique. Before moving into recruitment, I worked in IT support. That experience allows me to better understand technical environments, communicate naturally with IT professionals and build credible relationships with consultants, hiring managers and business leaders. Over the years, I have also developed strong expertise in HR Technology, recruitment process optimization and artificial intelligence applied to talent acquisition. I enjoy designing practical solutions that improve recruiters' productivity, sharing best practices and helping colleagues adopt new ways of working. Although I do not currently hold a formal management position, I particularly value contributing through expertise, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.     Joining Astek gave me the opportunity to further specialize in IT recruitment within the consulting services industry while expanding my expertise into new technology domains. One of the most rewarding aspects of this journey has been building strong expertise in SAP recruitment while continuing to support highly specialized IT professionals. 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗱 strong expertise in SAP recruitment, a specialization that was entirely new to me when I joined Astek and has since become one of my primary areas of focus.       This role gave me the opportunity to support Talent Acquisition teams on an international scale. My focus was simple: make technology more useful, simplify processes and help recruiters spend more time on high-value interactions. 𝗜 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 Talent Acquisition solutions supporting teams across Canada, the United States, France, Morocco and India, serving up to 170 users. 𝗜 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 and delivered user training, structured functional documentation through SharePoint, and implemented a centralized support process using Freshservice to improve tool adoption. 𝗜 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘄 more than 1,200 pay equity cases, ensuring the quality and consistency of the underlying Talent Acquisition data. This experience reinforced a belief that still shapes the way I work today: technology only creates value when it makes people's work simpler and allows them to focus on what matters most.

𝗜 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻 managing pay equity processes, an area of responsibility that would continue to grow in my following role. This experience reinforced a belief I still hold today: great technology doesn't replace recruiters—it allows them to focus on the work that creates the most value.
