A results driven professional with over a decade of customer service experience and I absolutely love what I do. Currently a Support Engineer at Microsoft, where I leverage the Azure platform to provide solutions and support to our clients in utilizing Infrastructure as a Service (Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, and Cloud Storage). Before joining Microsoft, I worked in the healthcare sector as a pharmacy technician supporting our EHR (Electronic Health Records) software administration, intravenous preparation, pharmaceutical inventory management, and applying quality assurance metrics to meet regulatory compliance standards to deliver exceptional health and care services to our patients. I then pursued my B.S. in IT & Systems from UT Dallas, where I learned the fundamentals of information technology and systems engineering while utilizing this knowledge to pursue my Tier 2 Support Technician position shortly after graduation, where I supported our on-prem's site reliability and our associates in utilizing our infrastructure and software offerings. My mission is to continue learning and growing as a systems engineer and IaaS support professional, and contribute to the success of my colleagues and customers.
