As an Activity Leader for Barracudas, I am entrusted with the safeguarding of 7-14 year olds and furthermore allowing children to have the best days that they can through sports and activities. I help with the arrangement and schedule of sessions throughout the day as well as the organisation of equipment needed. As a group leader (11+) I am in charge of the oldest year group being 11-14 years of age. Here I am looking after groups of up to 30 children, with aid of other activity leaders.
