Adam commenced his career working as an Engineer in a variety of Technical and Commercial roles in the Oil and Gas industry in Australia (6 years), and Africa and North America. (6 years) Adam returned to Australia in 2008 to take up a General Manager role of an Oilfield services contractor servicing clients in Brisbane and across Australia. Following industry downturn in 2016, Adam continued working the in the Industry in Queensland as the General Manager of a Training service provider providing training and labour hire services. Adam returned home to Adelaide in 2018 to an Operation Manager role with a South Australian based critical infrastructure company and since 2022 is working in a National role in the Australian water treatment industry. Adam holds a Bachelor of Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering from the University of South Australia and an MBA from Deakin University and is a past member of the Safer Together Rig Site Safety Working Group, and training sub-group.
