I started my career as an apprentice engineer at EFT Systems. Learning the trade on the tools gave me a deep understanding of the industry, the importance of craftsmanship, and the role strong teams play in building great businesses. Over time I moved into business development and leadership roles within the company. In 2009 I joined the board and began helping shape the next phase of growth launching EFT Construction and EFT Electrical and bringing the businesses together under EFT Group, which I founded in 2016 to create a stronger platform for long-term growth. Today EFT Group operates across systems, construction, electrical and training, delivering projects that transform spaces and protect people across the UK. As the Group has grown, so has our ambition. I now serve as Executive Chairman of EFT Group, focusing on the long-term development of the business supporting the leadership team, strengthening strategy and ensuring we build the foundations required to scale the Group successfully. Our aim is to continue developing EFT into a high-performing and disciplined group of businesses capable of sustainable growth and long-term value creation. For me, leadership is simple: listen more than you talk, surround yourself with great people, and build businesses that make a lasting difference. I’m always interested in conversations around growth, partnerships and opportunities that align with the long-term development of EFT Group.
