Green 4 enable customers to utilise data to build improved fan and visitor relationships and create compelling digital journeys across the sport, leisure and attraction industries.
In this role I was directly responsible for implementing and reviewing customer feedback procedures, tracking Net Promoter Scores and analysing feedback data. I worked to develop an effective customer journey mapping process that allows for the tracking of performance in each business area. I set up and led customer focus groups to better understand customers and generated reports providing insights to help the company develop. In addition to the customer experience responsibilities I liaised directly with customers, offering guidance and support with all matters relating to physical education, sport, competition planning and apprenticeship frameworks.
Working 1-1 with our customers I offered accredited guidance to help them develop the quality, inclusiveness and success of sporting provisions available to their students. One of the key performance indicators of this role is within the data collected to demonstrate the impact of my support
Delivering sporting programmes to students varying in age to engage them in sporting activities and develop their skills through direct coaching. Roles and responsibilities included the generation of reports to track student engagement and progress. In addition to this I regularly coordinated sporting activity camps as the main point of contact for whichever venue I was leading.
In addition to the delivery of sporting programmes throughout Leicestershire including report generation, I supported A-Star Sports with business growth by using part of my time to lead marketing activities and develop social media channels.
Working with the Head of Academy Sport Science, Manager, Physiotherapist and Coaches I assisted with the delivery of sport science, rehabilitation plus strength and conditioning regimes. This also included implementing regular laboratory and field testing of players for purposes of talent identification and the determination of player fitness.
