- Organizing and animating regular meetings for the BENELUX recruitment team; - Lead meeting with Hiring Managers to identify needs and suitable recruitment strategies to achieve success; - Developing and executing group training for Amaris Engineering business line; - Collecting and analyzing recruitment needs for Amaris´ business activities in the BENELUX market - Handling the administration of applications through the entire recruitment process; - Sourcing, hunting and developing a network of specialized candidates using internal data, job boards and social networks. - Individual trainings of new talent acquisition officers; - Onboarding new TAOs; - Providing mentoring to team members; - Involvement in the definition of new effective Recruiting strategies; - Employer branding activities, Recruiting Days. Employer Branding: - In charge of the relations with Placement Offices and Universities and the organization of Talent Attraction events and strategies development. ( Recruiting days, Career fairs, etc)
As Talent Acquisition Officer, my role consists in: - Recruitment activities related to Engineering and Life Sciences fields in the Italian market; - Collection and analysis of managers' requests; - Writing and publishing the different job offers and follow-up on the job boards - Sourcing, hunting and development of a network of specialized candidates using internal data, job boards and social networks; - Identification and qualification of potential candidates in the Engineering & Life Sciences field; - Administration of applications through the entire recruitment process; - Interviews with candidates - Training of new employees regarding the Talent Acquisition & recruitment tools
