A new wine and cocktail bar concept in Manchester I was offered a bar consultancy role making decisions upon product choices and producing a cocktail menu with specifications for the bartenders. I also helped put in place operational procedures and managed the bar’s daily running, establishing perfect pours and training staff to a required level.
