Driven by a genuine desire to help people and improve systems, I approach every challenge with curiosity, purpose, and a strategic mindset. My background includes product management, UX research, innovation strategy, financial services, and entrepreneurship, all united by a passion for creating purposeful solutions that deliver lasting impact. While currently pursuing my MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler, I serve as a Digital Sales Strategy, Retail Product, & Client Experience Product Manager at PNC, leading the strategy and delivery of digital products and processes. My work focuses on enhancing user experience, improving accessibility, and driving product performance across web and mobile platforms. I’ve led 20+ and contributed to 50+ impactful digital projects and facilitated initiatives in digital localization, inclusive design, and customer-first innovation. My entrepreneurial experience—founding and operating a service-based startup—instilled a deep commitment to accountability, adaptability, and customer empathy that continues to shape my human-centered approach and leadership style. Looking ahead, I’m especially passionate about strategy—whether it’s product road-mapping, redesigning systems, or exploring organizational theory to build better workplaces. I’m drawn to opportunities at the intersection of innovation, human behavior, and meaningful impact—across industries like financial services, sustainability, entertainment, and more.
During this role, I planned and developed site designs, navigation, and functionality, enhancing over 2000 user experiences. I handled and arranged composition, color, typography, illustration, and branding for all website related projects. By the end of the internship, we saw an increase in average website session duration by 40% and visitor retention by 27% from my start date.
