- Architected and implemented a SPA for the NHS App's Wayfinder project, ensuring a seamless experience when accessed from the NHS App interface and browser - Collaborated with NHS England and NHS Digital regarding design, WCAG, security, and legal constraints. Resolved one of the NHS App's technical issues, which was accepted by Wayfinder as the preferred solution. Prepared and delivered the final presentation for NHS England and NHS Digital, confirming the SPA's adherence to all functional, accessibility, and security requirements, securing the business's place in the program - Designed and implemented an internal development environment based on Docker containers, directly improving the SDLC - Planned, documented, and securely achieved the platform migration to the new servers within strict deadline - Assessed, planned, and securely achieved an upgrade of the message broker framework, ensuring backward compatibility and integration test coverage - Designed and implemented fail-safe mechanism for the message broker, improving platform resiliency - Designed a solution for a multi-staged migration for monolithic applications to a modern webpack-based frontend, enabling future integrations with modern frameworks and libraries, allowing for easier security upgrades, better maintainability, and furthering decomposition of the monolithic applications
- Developed new features for and supported a multi-tenant platform sending more than 160 million SMS messages annually, and providing NHS trusts with a wide range of reports - As part of the team, developed a survey management web application with built-in support for NHS Friends and Family tests, with more than 1.5 million annual respondents - Performed database migration from the legacy survey system to the new one
