- Responsible for corporate ESG digital transformation, spearhead the implementation and management of technical solutions supporting the corporate digital journey. - Oversee the digital enablement of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) business processes, ensuring the integration of innovative digital solutions that support our corporate objectives. - Corporate Program Lead for QHSE digital management system - Collaborate with the corporate ESG performance reporting team to coordinate and streamline reporting processes and enhance reporting accuracy. - Assist and contribute in the preparation and submission of external ESG reports, including compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD, corporate Impact Report). - Define and implement corporate ESG governance frameworks, ensuring that all practices align with industry standards and regulatory requirements, while providing professional enablement across the organization.
- Management of a sub-division of the Finished Goods production consisting of 6 packaging lines - Ensuring production, taking into account the aspects of occupational safety, quality, adherence to deadlines and costs - Professional management of the subordinate employees of the department (ca. 50 - 60) - Ensuring compliance with legal and internal regulations, in particular GMP, occupational safety and accident prevention regulations - Short- and medium-term work organization and task planning - Independent implementation and participation in self-inspections and audits as well as the preparation and support of official and other inspections by third parties in cooperation with various stakeholders - Leading and coaching performance dialogues - Enforcing and driving systematic problem solving and continuous improvement measures - Optimization of production and associated workflows
- Managing the packaging production process and schedules - Supporting the production’s equipment qualifications and process validations - Process & plant safety, employee health and safety, quality and plant emergency operations - Drive continuous improvement and ensure competitiveness and cost effectiveness - Monitors the performance and output of the production team to ensure production specifications and schedules - Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be steered - Participates in the development of risk analyses and preventive and corrective measures - Implements corrective actions under their responsibility and follow-up of all deviations or non-conformities - PSS Implementation in Production department.
- HSE leader in establishing a regional HSE vision and strategy and translating this vision into a sustainable plan with achievable steps. - Leading and further strengthen and continuously improve HSE management system for the region (PDCA process, legal registry, compliance calendar, trainings, etc...) - Pro-actively identify regional HSE issues and solutions that are essential for full compliance with legal and corporate requirements and works autonomously
- ESH leader in establishing a regional ESH vision and strategy and translating this vision into a roadmap with achievable steps to move the organization in the direction of the ESH LRP. - Leading and further strengthen the ESH management system for the region (PDCA process, legal registry, compliance calendar, training). - Developing and leading the ESH audit programs in the region.
Leading Occupational Medicine and Industrial Hygiene regional compliance with ESH Management Systems, legal and Corporate ESH Requirements - Leading the implementation of OM / IH programs. - Engaging with Occ. Med. providers. It includes driving the internal assessments process for verifying compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate requirements. - Provide OM technical guidance and orientation to all levels within Europe-Middle-East region - Leading the reduction process of occupational exposures of employees in EME region by utilizing available data such as industrial hygiene exposure and surveillance metrics. - Conducting corporate audit, Internal audits
- Internal site HSE management system coordination and maintenance of all related HSE programs. - Coordinate and implement the necessary safety actions in case of accidents, injuries, environmental damages. - Legal register management. - Supporting of all Hungarian site’s environment, safety and health activities.
