Possessing an extensive and distinguished background as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a wealth of experience in both direct clinical practice and nursing education, Adam's unwavering passion is firmly centered around the principles of empowerment, learner-centered education, and the unwavering commitment to equity in patient care. At present, Adam serves as the Chair and one of the pioneering founders of the Internationally Educated Nurses Association of Alberta (IENAA). In this influential capacity, he adeptly supports and provides invaluable guidance to internationally educated nurses (IENs), diligently facilitating their seamless transition into the dynamic landscape of nursing practice within the province of Alberta. Further, as a Canadian Certified Nurse Educator and CGFNS Certified Global Nurse Consultant, Adam undertakes the noble responsibility of imparting community-oriented education with a specialized focus on mental health and overall wellness. His dedication to these critical areas of healthcare underscores his enduring commitment to the betterment of nursing practice and the well-being of the society.
