I worked at an independent film distribution for a couple years, building internal tools for revenue forecasting, rights management and financial reporting, before leaving to start Beyond Routine. We’re building a platform for independent film companies - covering the full operation from acquisitions and contracts through to release planning and avails, in one place for the whole team. At the moment we're in early conversations with distributors and sales agents, attending Marché du Film at Cannes this year, and always keen to talk to people working in distribution, rights, or operations.
