Utilizing a variety of skills I manage the day to day warehouse operations. This includes, but is not limited to: EOM reporting, Customer billing, working with upper management to achieve macro level company goals, as well as lead the warehouse team to promote efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Check in drivers for inbound and outbound shipments, enter orders in our computer system, answer phones and emails for scheduling appointments. I use problem solving to trouble shoot issues with our SCALE system, technology equipment on site, and discrepancies in inventory. I am multifaceted as I have years of forklift experience and use that to complete projects from our customers such as reclasses, inventory checks, cycle counts, and UPS Shipments.
