Research Project Title: Implementation of Sharia Law in Brunei and Malaysia This scholarly discourse examines the implementation of Sharia law in Malaysia and Brunei, focusing on historical development, constitutional basis, jurisdictional reach, and legislative structure. It explores the challenges and controversies associated with these legal systems using a comparative approach. The study offers insights into similarities and differences and suggests future paths and progress. Another study titled "Examining the Multi-Faceted Approach to Addressing Human Rights Violations in Myanmar: Evaluating Strategies, Reluctance of China and India, and the Principle of R2P" investigates various approaches to addressing human rights violations in Myanmar.
Worked with the Head of the Purchasing Department and jointly managed daily administrative operations. Responsible for sourcing and attracting suitable candidates for job openings, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and onboarding new employees. Supervised the evaluation process of administrators, assisted managers and employees in setting and achieving performance goals.
