- Overall responsibility for the MAN Taiwan business, including new equipment sales, after-sales support, field service, and retrofits for Marine, Power, and Industries. - Promoting new technologies for decarbonization to the Taiwan Government and large companies. - Legal responsibility for the business, achieving P&L & EBIT - Leading a high-performing team to deliver year-on-year growth.
• Responsible for Sales, Marketing, business development, all production departments, HR, Finance, Quality, HSE, purchasing, material planning • Restructuring the business to be sustainable, increase margins, diversify the portfolio offering and increase sales revenue by shortening lead times.
• Responsible globally for the VP185 engine product line. • Managing the Colchester Business unit, including profit and loss. • Leading the team to win and deliver high-value contracts. • Building new business relationships globally.
• Strategic and technical operational responsibility for the Microgen business. • Leading multi-discipline teams across the UK, Holland, and China. • Setting up the manufacturing facility in China.
